Community Management is a daily task to interact with your audience, but an announcement or crisis can make it essential for your brand.
When announcing a collaboration with Tesla, the Oneida Indian Nation Twitter account took off specifically on Twitter. After the tweet was liked by both @Tesla and @ElonMusk community management became essential. Not only to continue the virality of the tweet, but also to combat any political negativity.

I work closely with brands to determine what kind of aesthetic and goal meets their needs, then create a fun and informative script!
This brand, Turning Stone Bingo Team, was looking to create hype around their upcoming Summer Blowout Bingo event. This team is well celebrated at the establishment, so putting them in silly costumes and adding witty banter appealed to the audience. I have worked with this team on multiple scripts, it increases engagement, awareness of events, and positive sentiment.
This brand, The Cove, wanted to increase awareness about their new pet-friendly housing. I took a leap with the personification of the dogs, and created a fun piece that showcased the amenities along with cute dogs (audiences love the dogs.)

This brand, Tin Rooster BBQ, was looking to increase awareness about their seasonal special, brisket. My idea was to use famous movie lines to show the epic and dramatic impact this seasonal dish will make on the guests.
We also featured the Chef in one of the shots, as a local celebrity to the establishment, people loved seeing him have fun.

Instagram
Instagram is a visual platform geared towards Millenials and Gen X. With its own set of trends and collections of audiences, instagram is a hub for your brand’s information. Think of it like a social business card.
For this brand, Maple Leaf Market (a gas station/quick service convenience store) my strategy is to create content that features team members and also highlights products that help meet sales goals.
I have seen significant increase in engagement with showcasing team members, audiences feel that it shows a sense of authenticity and highlights the fun the team has at work.
With a playful voice and the use of trending reels and audio, this strategy has increased engagement and video views significantly month over month.
TikTOk
TikTok, the most controversial, yet equitable of platforms is becoming a home for brands to act like their own producing company. And allows for great collaborations among brands and content creators.
TikTok has its own voice, with more vulnerability and sometimes abstract humor, there is a chance for brands to entertain and shine.
TikTok is a great way to reach Gen Z and Millenial audiences. TikTok is quickly becoming the number one place where hourly workers search for job opportunities. And Gen Z is quickly replacing Google with TikTok as a search engine.
This brand’s TikTok strategy focuses on recruitment and brand awareness. By showcasing our team members having fun with trends, we create a sense that this is a great place to work. I target the specific teams that are looking to expand, find a trend on TikTok, and find a way to tie it back to the brand voice.
Fun Fact: That’s me making a fool of myself for good content, it got great engagment! Also your team will be more willing to be silly if you do it too.
Facebook
Facebook is a text and visual platform geared towards Gen X and Boomers. Facebook reels have increased visibility in the last 12 months and have created their own style. It’s a great way to reach out to a dormant audience.
For Facebook, cleaner more produced photos do better-- along the same lines as an ad.
But reels have a similar voice to instagram, often with a short caption, the reels do well reaching an audience that has been dormant, not engaging on Facebook in comments.
LinkedIn
LinkedIn is a major platform for recruitment. With its own voice and strategy it still performs best with a consistent posting schedule and a voice of authenticity.
Threads
The addition of the new Meta app, Threads, brings new challenges. I jumped in at the beginning with Turning Stone's brand, creating a new voice specific to the platform.
Analytics
Community management, watching trends, and engaging with other brands has proven to increase the positive engagement associated with brands.
